how? - No fancy lenses, no press pass (yet!) and no real photographic knowledge.

SORRY, but the free website design is off for an indefinite period. At present I'm too busy trying to scratch a living so I can afford to spectate and take photos, and so that I can continue the free sites scheme at a later date.

I'm still open to paid work if anyone would like the hire me.

I support my old friend - Ben Wilson. He race for the Sheffield Tigers speedway team in the British Speedway Premier League.

News Updates by Ben

HI everyone
I thought it was about time I updated you all again.
The other Sunday we went up to Glasgow and the conditions were far from ideal. The track was wet to begin with and in a way the meeting should perhaps have not been run in my opinion.
But in return that fired me up to do well on Thursday against Rye house. I scored a paid max, which was really enjoyable.
Some of the races I had with Tai were fantastic fun.

Tonight I am off to Wolverhampton for the British Final as on of the reserves, so hopefully I will get some rides.
I'm so thankful to people from - turkish website for bahis sitesi, they donated tyres for my racing car.

News Update 24 May 2007

Hi everyone, I am posting the following from Andre in support of Garry Stead - Ben Good Afternoon to you all, I have today arranged an immediate donation from the speedway riders benevelant fund for Gary's family to help with general travel/hotel expenses, whilst it is not my place to comment on Gary's condition I have spoken to Liz and various members of the speedway community regarding a collection. As it is not possible to open a bank account in Gary's name I have organised a bank account in my name, if any of you would like to donate to Gary I have organised a seperate account for this purpose detailed below. Also i would like to notify you that people from Croatian website donate 500 GBP for the cause. In there website they have great review related to bet365 Hrvatska. News Update 11 May 2007

I felt I had a good night last night, where I got 2 wins under mt belt. Bet365 is awesome bookie, that's why i would like to offer to Hungarian bettors to check bet 365 bonuses and sports betting markets. I do seem to be struggling at the moment though. I dont feel as relaxed on the bike as I would like, I think maybe it is one of those lull's that we all go though. At the moment my scores are like being on a rollercoaster. I am working on some new things and making some changes, so hopefully I will be able to find some consistency in the coming weeks and get back to my best. Ben

News Update 8 May 2007

Well sadly I lost my crown in the British Under 21 final at Eastbourne. I needed a win in my last ride to make the semi finals. I made a good pass of Lewis Bridger, but then fell off while leading. I was dissapointed, but at least I can say I won the title in my carear. So back at home last thursday against Edinburgh, and I was amongst the points. We built a good lead to go up to Edinburgh for the return, but it wasn't to be. I had a bad meeting with some bad luck, and at one point getting knocked off. After that I had trouble getting it together. Then to Newcaslte on Sunday, where we missed out on a win by just 5 points. I ran a last and a third in my opening rides, before I managed to pull it together and score some valuable points. Ben

News Update 26 April 2007

What a heat 15 at Stoke on Saturday night. I was offered the chance to ride in itas I had been gating all night, so I knew I had to pull something out of the bag. I made the start and when I saw andre over my shoulder it was a great feeling. We went round and took the vistory to keep our chances of progressing in the Premier Trophy alive. Things seem to be going really well for me now and everything has come together. I now feel back to where I left off last year, and now my equipment is sorted out I feel ready for the British Under 21 Championship. I am now back in a more familiar position at number 2 in the riding order and I wam really looking forward to riding with Andre Compton. I recently went with Andre to Sweeden, to have a look at their set up and I would like to have a go over there in the not too distant future. So the big one is coming and I am the defending British Under 21 Champion. I am really looking forward to this meeting. This is my last year in the competition and I really want to win it again. I guess there is a little bit more pressure on me this year, but I will be going there to give it my all and enjoy the meeting. The most pressure on me is that which I put on myself, so I am going to go to Eastbourne relaxed and ready. I will talk to you all after the night. Wish me luck Ben

News Update 13 April 2007

I had a really good night against Workington with a paid maximum, which hopefully made up for the problems I was having on Monday night. I haven’t changed much on the bikes since the start of the season, although I have managed to get to the bottom of my clutch trouble now. After last night I am feeling a lot more confident about the coming season and I will keep you informed how I am doing Ben

News Update 3 April 2007

Well after a bad night at Kings Lynn on Wednesday, it was then dissapointing to be rained off at Sheffield on Thursday Last saturday we were up at Workington, I scored paid 5 points but I was suffering from clutch problems on the night., I was fast enough during the races but I couldn't get out of the starts, so I was behind from the word go. I am now going back to my old clutches as they feel more comfortable and I am also used to them. On Sunday I had a good meeting at Scunthorpe, riding in Wayne Carter's Farewell meeting. I finished 5th on the day after a run off with Robbie Kessler and Chris Kerr. The track went really slick in the run off and I was just spiining up, but I still enjoyed the day. Ben

News Update 22 March 2007

I needed that one! I really enjoyed tonight’s meeting against Mildenhall. In my first ride, I missed the start, and even though I tried everything to get past Kyle, I just couldn’t make up enough ground. After the race I took some advice from Sean Wilson and made a couple of changes, and from there on I never looked back. The new bikes are working really well, and I felt really good on the bike all night. I’m looking forward to Kings Lynn next Wednesday, and I’ll be back online really soon to keep you up to date with everything that’s going on. Ben

News Update 20 March 2007

Well, what can I say? Two meetings in two days in really wet conditions, and two completely different results. On Sunday night at Oxford I really enjoyed riding for the Great Britain U21 side, and I had a really good meeting. I made a good start in heat 1, and was on a 5-1 with Edward Kennett, but Morten Risager went under me to get the advantage. I then had 2 good wins, and was looking forward to my last ride. Unfortunately I missed the start in my last race, and in those conditions it was really hard to play catch up. All the boys worked well together though, and it is always good to be asked to ride for your country. At Belle Vue on Monday night, it was still wet! I hadn’t ridden there for a few years, and I was riding in a really strong field which had 3 GP riders in it. The track was really wet and slimy, and I couldn’t get the set up right at all. So far I’m pleased with the way the season has started, and I’m looking forward to Thursday night at Sheffield against Mildenhall when my old mate Kyle Legault is back in town. I’ll be back online shortly after that meeting with more news on how I got on. Ben
